In addition to 3 keynote presentations to teach the healing power of biblical storytelling, Cindy will teach workshops and present stories.
Workshop: The Biblical books of Luke and Acts are filled with stories of healing. The healing ministry of Jesus affected the physical, mental, and spiritual health of his followers. As storytellers we invite Christ to heal us and our listeners as well. Does the healing ministry of Jesus extend beyond the individual to become societal healing? Come learn how you can participate in healing yourself, others and the world as a Biblical storyteller.
Workshop: Do you want to bring storytelling into your preaching? Would you like to transform sermons to be as lively as the telling of scripture? Come hear the importance of storytelling in preaching, learn how to tell stories in sermons, and practice telling a story and polishing it for the pulpit.
Friday evening concert: Cindy presents an inspirational blend of scripture, songs and stories about healing, forgiveness and hope. An open mic for storytellers begins the program.
